Watery Wednesday - Dakak Beach

Photobucket

In a great place such as this, all i was able to do was this --

Photobucket

and this --

Photobucket

i sketch my daughter's name in the sand to let her know that i was missing her.

In that paradise, all i did was that and of course taking a lot of photos. The water was so tempting, but all i could do was dip my foot on it. lol!

I could never imagine myself on a place like this but couldn't even have a swim. Do you know the reason why it's being prohibited? :(

Dimple? Like Dimple Kapadia (Khanna)? That's cool!

@ Pacey - The beach is very much open to swimming but it was us, i mean the 318 students were not allowed to swim to ensure their safety. 25 chaperons to control 318 students on water - it was just imaginable. So history teachers agree with the students that they can travel to Dipolog and Dapitan and even see Dakak but....NO SWIMMING. lol!

I wanna go back there someday and of course - to swim. :)

Fun shots. I wouldn't mind feeling the sand and water between my toes. :-)

To answer your question about my photo - The flowers in the last photo are camelias. There was a camelia tree on the edge of stream and the camelias had fallen from the tree into the water. I'm sure the bottom petals are under the water though one of them is floating on the wate. It was taken with the zoom feature on my camera from across the stream.
